The Excitement Continues, Follow Marc Lange In Book II Of The Driver

Marc Lange knows how to drive a racecar at the edge—that fine line between victory and catastrophe. But his team is only one blown engine away from shuttering the doors and his dreams of championships hang in that precarious balance. But then, at the last possible second, Rene Dufour slides into his life in a crazy four-wheel drift.

Rene made a deal with Marc. He would fund the team if Marc did something for him in return. Rene showed him his world, the world of a Driver, a shadowy group of paid mercenaries that take people or things from point A to point B. Off the grid, off the radar, but with one important distinction: no questions asked.

The deal with Rene almost got Marc killed. He barely survived, but when he counted up the piles of Euros stacked in front of him he knew his fate was sealed. “The Driver - Book II” picks up on the action right where “Book I” leaves off. Now Marc is in training to be a Driver. Training that will save his life. But is he ready?

What Was It Rene Said? Oh Yeah, There Are Some Things Better Left To The Security Services. Yep, This Should Be One Of Them

The Anti-Drivers. A shadowy group of hired thugs that troll the dark web for a different set of clients. They are hired to intercept Drivers and take their cargo, no matter the cost. Now dead bodies and wrecked carcasses of cars litter the continent and even the national security agencies are taking notice.

Rene Dufour is mending from injuries sustained in an accident, so his friend, co-racer and protégé Marc Lange is taking up the slack. Problem is, Marc is juggling being a racer, team owner, businessman, lover and Driver. Something has to give.

And when Marc is pulled into a clandestine group working with the national security agencies as bait for the Anti-Drivers he knows he is in way over his head. What is it that Rene once told him - oh yeah, ‘some things are best left to the security services’. Yep, this should be one of them.

Buckle Up For The Newest Marc Lange Adventure - It’s One Hell Of A Ride! Marc Needs To Find Out Who Is Claiming To Be 'Billy', Marc’s Driver Persona. He Better Find Out Quick, Before Someone Dies!

Out in Driverland, Marc Lange or better known by his Driver handle, Billy, has a stellar reputation. He’ll do the right thing, even when the right thing is painful – to whoever is on the receiving end of a punch, kick or bullet. But what if someone wants to co-opt his hard fought persona and wants to take Billy from Driver to enforcer, an assassin for hire?

It does not help that whenever Marc is on an Engagement, taking people or things from Point A to Point B with no questions asked, that someone is in his ear. Engagements have been reduced to a corporate affair with either the partners on his racing team or his girlfriend riding virtual shotgun.

They want him to quit and they are right - Marc has brushed up against near death experiences enough times for them to wonder how many lives he has left. Problem is, random Engagements turn dangerous – if it isn’t a coup d’état against the leader of The Travelers, it’s thwarting a bomb plot that could kill hundreds. And the icing on the cake, a psychotic rival who becomes more unbalanced by the day.

And then there’s the day job. Driving a race car on the razors edge between catastrophe and victory, because ultimately it is the success of his race team, Team Technik, that drives Marc Lange – and nobody better get in the way.
